What kinds of events work well with silent disco?
Pretty much any event where music and dancing are part of the plan - birthday parties, bachelorette parties, graduation parties, block parties, corporate team events, weddings, family reunions, outdoor festivals, silent yoga or fitness classes, church events, and school dances.
Do you set it up for us, or do we have to figure it out?
We can do a full setup walkthrough when we deliver if you would prefer. You'll also receive a link to our free step-by-step guide to setup the system. And of course if something comes up during the event, you can always text us.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 10% rate discount to Military, K-12 teachers, and First Responders.
Delivery and pickup are free when located within 10 miles of 76008.
What if a headphone stops working during the event?
The most common solution is to change the channel on the headphones. Try checking the battery. The headphones come fully charged but long events may drain some units. We include charging cables. If a unit appears faulty, try a factory reset (hold the power button for 10 seconds). Text us if you can't resolve it - we'll troubleshoot with you remotely.
What's actually included in the rental?
Everything you need for a silent disco in included: 30 LED headphones, 2 transmitters + 2 antennas, 1 sound mixer, 2 wireless lavalier microphones, plus all connection and charging cables you might need. We deliver it all, do a quick setup walkthrough, and pick everything up when the rental period ends.
What happens if something gets lost or broken?
That's what the $200 refundable deposit covers. We inspect the equipment when we pick up. If everything's in order, you get the full deposit back within 3-5 business days. If something is damaged or missing, the cost is deducted from the deposit. A full cost breakdown is in the rental contract you sign at booking
How far do you deliver?
Within 25 miles of Aledo, TX 76008. That covers most of the Fort Worth / Parker County area including Weatherford, Burleson, Benbrook, Granbury, and surrounding communities. Deliveries 0-10 miles are included in the rental price. Deliveries 10-25 miles have a $35 flat surcharge.
What is your cancellation policy?
We get it - life happens. Cancel 72+ hours before your delivery and you get a full refund, no questions asked. Cancel 48-72 hours out and we'll refund 50% of the rental fee plus your full deposit. Less than 48 hours before delivery, the rental fee is non-refundable but your deposit comes back.
Can I use my own Spotify or playlist?
Absolutely. You connect your phone, laptop, or any Bluetooth/aux device to the transmitters and play whatever you want. You can run two completely different playlists simultaneously on the two channels - it's your party.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you know your date. Weekends book fast, especially spring and summer. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks out to guarantee your date. We accept bookings up to 6 months in advance.
